Which strength should I start off with?Updated a year ago

We always recommend seeking guidance from a healthcare professional when starting anything new for therapeutic purposes.  However, we recognize that isn’t always possible.  As a general rule, if one has had no experience with peptides of any kind, the approach is ‘low and slow’.  Start at 250 mcg Delayed.  Increase over the course of the first week until suggested use is reached.  If additional support is needed, increase to 500 mcg and follow suggested use.
